Printers Oil Supply Co., Inc. (POSCO) is New England's oldest family run manufacturer and distributer for the printing industry. We have been manufacturing and distributing chemicals for the industry since 1898.

Quality

All incoming raw materials are accompanied by a certificate of analysis and undergo a visual inspection upon receipt. During unloading, bulk delivery drivers are required to read, sign, and comply with the company’s “Unloading Procedure Rules” contract to ensure safe and standardized handling. Production batches are blended by precise weight or measurement, with each batch fully documented and retained for a minimum of three years to support traceability and quality assurance. Batch sizes are carefully managed to provide customers with sufficient time to utilize products well within their designated shelf life. Products are dispensed by weight using one of ten regularly calibrated scales to ensure measurement accuracy. Prior to delivery, each package is thoroughly inspected by both the shipper and the truck driver to prevent the distribution of any faulty, damaged, or mislabeled products.

All orders must meet our $25 net minimum billing.

Shipping

Customers located in our region will usually have their orders delivered on one of our own trucks. Smaller orders typically ship via UPS. We also utilize a wide variety of other carriers to suit your needs. We are happy to do whatever we can to ship your order according to your preferences.

Returns

Your satisfaction is guaranteed for all of the products that we sell. If you would like to return an item, please contact us first so that we can ensure that your return is handled correctly. Some chemicals and other items do have a limited shelf life and therefore must be inspected and approved prior to being returned and credited. We are happy to work with you and strive to offer fair service when it comes to returns & exchanges.

SDS Sheets

Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are available for all the products we sell. Call, fax, or e-mail us to request documents. To ensure accurate information, please specify the POSCO part number when requesting SDS. During non-business hours you can get emergency SDS info at 1-(800)-424-8802

POSCO Inc. does not disclose buyers’ information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Terms

We offer open accounts of Net 30 Days to customers pending approval of a credit application. We also accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. C.O.D. shipments can be arranged, but be aware that most carriers charge a C.O.D. fee.
