All incoming raw materials are accompanied by a certificate of analysis and undergo a visual inspection upon receipt. During unloading, bulk delivery drivers are required to read, sign, and comply with the company’s “Unloading Procedure Rules” contract to ensure safe and standardized handling. Production batches are blended by precise weight or measurement, with each batch fully documented and retained for a minimum of three years to support traceability and quality assurance. Batch sizes are carefully managed to provide customers with sufficient time to utilize products well within their designated shelf life. Products are dispensed by weight using one of ten regularly calibrated scales to ensure measurement accuracy. Prior to delivery, each package is thoroughly inspected by both the shipper and the truck driver to prevent the distribution of any faulty, damaged, or mislabeled products.
We are firmly committed to providing a safe and healthy workplace and to ensuring that every employee returns home safely at the end of each day. We expect and encourage every member of our team to take an active role in safety, follow established procedures, and speak up whenever they identify a potential concern. We are equally committed to handling, storing, and delivering the products we distribute in a manner that protects our customers, their employees, and the communities they serve.
Our operations follow all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations governing chemical handling, transportation, storage, worker protection, and environmental stewardship. Compliance is our minimum standard; we continually review and improve our practices to align with industry best practices and reflect the trust that has been placed in us for well over a century.
We are committed to maintaining a culture in which safety is never compromised. For the sake of our employees and our customers, we believe safe operations, careful decision-making, and personal accountability must remain a constant part of how we do business every day.
